About MeABOUT MEA long time ago, in a far far away land... there lived a little girl and her Shetland Sheepdog, Preston.  This little girl saw a TV show with dogs jumping over hurdles and racing through obstacles.  Preston wants to do this right?? Of course he does!

Spoiler Alert: Preston did NOT want to, but I worked as hard as I could to find other games he enjoyed!

I have since been working to identify what makes dogs click. What makes a dog want to run through a tube? Or jump over a bar? Or race across a field and bite a bad guy? How about what makes them understand their role as part of the human pack?

I have spent upwards of 10 years studying canine behavior, different training theories, shadowing other professionals and working with dogs from all different walks to learn the in's and out's of how to motivate and work each individual dog.  Each and every dog is different, and I pull from my diverse experience to create an individualized, three dimensional training plan for them, instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My current personal dogs are my most valued co-workers and in return work hard for me. Sparkle holds a Masters title in Barn Hunt, an Advanced Trick Dog title, and NADD DN as well as her AKC CGC. Squirt is my current project pup and foster fail. He came to me with some behavior issues, and has won his spot in my home and heart... But I know someday he'll find his perfect people. Bowser is my sport bred pup with a promising future in nose work and other high energy sports.
